JOB DESCRIPTION
The Gathering Place is excited to announce the search for an Executive Director who will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for the organization's staff and volunteers, programs, fund raising, marketing, community relations, and finances. The ideal candidate should be able to lead, organize and motivate a small, highly driven, and passionately dedicated team focued on improving our mission of enhancing the lives of seniors in our community. The Executive Director engages with the Board of Directors on long-range strategies to achieve TGP's mission and ensure the organization's stability. Together with the Board and staff, the Executive Director develops programmatic, organizational, and financial strategies, and carries out plans and policies approved by the Board.
