Blood Pressure Screening: held on Wednesday, February 13 and 27 from 11:00 until noon. This is a FREE service.

Reflexology: Maureen Birchfield of Bede Reflexology is a Nationally Certified Reflexologist and will be at TGP on Tuesday, February 5 and Friday, February 15 starting at noon. Cost is $20/half hour, $35/full hour. Call 608-868-3500 to make an appointment.
Massage Therapist! We have a new massage therapist offering chair massage. Her name is Alicia Jenski, LMT. She will be here on Thursday, February 7 and 21 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. You can sign up for 15 or 30 minutes. Cost is $10 per 15 minute session. Call TGP to make an appointment, 608-868-3500.
Chair Yoga: designed around a chair and standing poses. Offered on Monday and Wednesday at 9:00. No Charge!
Evening Yoga: Ruth Armstrong will be teaching Vinyasa Flow Yoga every Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30-6:30 p.m. The charge is $6.00 per class payable to Ruth. First class is free.
Stretching Class: Katy O'Brien, a certified Health and Wellness Coach will be leading a stretching class on Thursdays at 10:45 a.m. This class includes lying, sitting and standing stretches that will be done in a sequence that stretches all your muscles, large and small. Bring your mat and a water bottle. Cost is $3.00 per session. No registration is required.
Zumba Gold: meets every Monday & Wednesday from 9:00 to 9:45. Licensed instructor, Jackie Richardson, takes this class to a lower level that provides a non-intimidating opportunity for non-dancers, new exercisers or those who have previously hesitated to participate in a group class. Tai Chi: this group meets every Monday at 10:00. Cost is $3.00 per session. Feel free to check out one class for free. Tai Chi can have many benefits; decreased stress and anxiety; increased energy and stamina; increased flexibility; balance and agility to name a few.
Qigong is a gentle exercise system with relaxed and regulation of mind and breath. It improves all of the functions of the body. It can be practiced either standing or sitting and is for all ages. The class meets on Tuesdays from 11:00 a.m. to noon. Cost is $50 for the eight week session and is payable to Nancy Mayhew, Personal Trainer-Qigong Instructor. You can stop in any Tuesday before class and talk with Nancy before joining up and to see when the next session starts.
Strong Women: Strong Women is a strength training class to help women maintain muscle mass, strength and function as they age. Meets every Tuesday & Thursday at 9:15. Classes run for 12 weeks for the cost of $36. The next session starts in November. Check with instructor for the start of the next session.
Dance Aerobics: Move at your own pace and gradually increase your movements. They will be meeting Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:00 a.m. Each class is $3.00. Try the first class for free. Call Nancy at 608-883-2931 for more information.
You may want to check out our exercise room because it continues to grow with new equipment. We now have eight pieces to work out on. Spend a few minutes or a few reps on each piece and then move on. This will work lots of muscles in your arms and legs. there is a TV set up in the room. No need to sign up, just drop in.
